Here’s where we truly stand apart. Most cold brew coffees on the market either contain additives or undergo pasteurization. Both of which negatively impact flavor, nutrients, and overall coffee integrity.

At Legacy Coffee, we take a different approach. We utilize High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology right in-house. HPP naturally eliminates pathogens, extends shelf life, and most importantly, preserves the coffee’s nutrients and authentic flavor profile, all without the need for heat or preservatives.

Immediately after filtering and bottling, our cold brew goes through the HPP process. The result? A pure, smooth, and vibrant cold brew coffee that represents the truest expression of our craft.
