• Premium Sourcing: We source our beans directly from our family farms in Guatemala. Our uncle, Guillermo, provides us with a high-grade, medium-dark to dark roast coffee bean that scores an impressive 83, qualifying it as a specialty coffee.

• Unmatched Freshness: From the moment we place an order, it takes only about 15 days for the beans to arrive at our Vancouver facility. Thanks to our partnerships with FedEx, Anacafé, and Transcafé, our supply chain is efficient and fresh. It doesn’t get better than that.

• Small-Batch Quality at Scale: We’ve perfected a process that maintains artisanal quality while allowing for large-scale production. The same recipe used to brew 20L batches is applied to our 1000L containers. With dozens of these tanks, we can scale production without compromising on flavor or quality.
